Cards at Night: Bridge, Euchre (and more) in Medford!

UPDATE: This has been changed to an open event. Although Bridge and Euchre will be the focus tonight, all card and board games are welcome.

It's time for another Bridge and Euchre meetup! We're still experimenting with the time and location of these events, and we heard that many preferred to have this event back in Medford. So here we are biggrin

Attention Euchre players: We'll be trying a sneak preview of a new product created by one of our members -- 8 Suits Playing Cards. Bret from BrienmarK Products has graciously donated a set of his special 8-suited deck to the club to test a special version of 6-person Euchre. It sounds interesting, and it should be a lot of fun. Here are the rules: http://www.8suits.com...

Need to brush up on your game? Do you want to learn? Members of all experience levels are welcome. Here is your opportunity to mingle with other Bridge and Euchre players, and learn how to play. So far, each event has had a nice mix of players from each of these games, and there were tables for both beginner and more experienced players.

Please indicate in your RSVP if you have a game preference. See you there!

This location is easily accessible from Rt. 16, Rt. 28 and Rt. 93, and is walking distance from the Wellington Orange Line subway stop, near the new Station Landing apartment complex. There is free parking in the garage underneath the restaurant, and free parking all around the building.

If you are driving, be aware that Station Landing is at the intersection of Rt. 16 and Rt. 28, and you can enter the Station Landing complex from the north-bound side of Rt. 28, or the east-bound side of Rt. 16. It is across the street from Kappy's. There are a number of stores in the Station Landing complex -- look for Starbucks or Qdoba. Not Your Average Joe's is right next to these shops.

So don't just sit at home -- come join the fun!

Considering Bauer is the German word for 'Jack', I think he's very witty as well :)
